We undertake various different initiatives every year to raise money and make an impact in our communities through our involvement including:
Charity of the Year Fundraising
We have always supported our clients and network in their charitable fundraising efforts and will continue to do so. Since 2018, we have made our fundraising more official by selecting a charity of the year to champion and raise funds for. In 2022, we were thrilled to have raised over £8,500 (the equivalent of 30,610 school breakfasts!) for Magic Breakfast.
In 2023/24, we look forward to fundraising for Young Roots. Watch this space for details of the activities we have planned over the coming months.
Volunteering at Beaconsfield Junior Cricket Club
Having previously sponsored the Beaconsfield Cricket Club Colts team, Mike is still closely involved with the club, as it’s not only where he is a volunteer cricket coach, but also where his children play. A firm believer of the positive influence sport has on the development of young people, being able to support the club is something that’s very important to him.
Introduction to Personal Finance
We believe that it’s important for young people to gain an understanding of good financial management from an early age. Due to the success of our first Intro to Personal Finance Seminar held in 2017, covering money matters for the younger generation, we have since hosted them virtually in the form of webinars. The aim is to help young people gain a better understanding on how to manage their finances for the future. If you know someone who would like to attend one of our webinars in the future, please contact the team.
