Our people are our greatest asset and their technical expertise, approach to relationship building and their ability to have a fresh perspective on financial matters and investments is key to the way in which we differentiate ourselves from others.
Our growth strategy places great importance on building a team from within. We therefore have structured training and development plans for each role to enable each of our team to grow and develop with the firm.
Interns
We regularly take on interns who are often undertaking their degree and starting to formulate ideas as to their future career. We have offered a number of interns positions with the firm, each of them still working with us now.
Diversity and Equality
Our team are all treated equally and recognised for the value that they bring to our client work, whatever level or role they are in. 50% of our team are female, a statistic which we’re very proud of, and out of the four new recruits taken on in the last year 75% were female. Currently, as of July 2019, 40% of our senior team are women. We are going to look to maintain this as the company grows in the short term. Although diversity and equality is of paramount importance, our team are ultimately selected on merit. Our ethos has always been, and will continue to be, that we do not select team members based on characteristics such as sex, race, religion but based on a cultural and expertise led fit with the existing team and our client base.
Culture
We promote an open and honest team culture throughout the business. Every member of the team is encouraged to share their views and opinions on client planning matters and the future of the business. This enables our team to flourish and become proactive advisers with a commercial approach which benefits our clients.
