Liv joined Carrington in September 2024, as part of the Client Relationship team. Her main focus within her role is to deliver exceptional service to clients and exceed expectations. Liv’s role means that no day is the same so if she’s not on the phone to a client or provider, she’s usually producing valuation packs, completing submission queries or anything in between.

Prior to joining Carrington, Liv has 5 years’ experience in the financial industry, originally starting out as a mortgage administrator. Since joining the industry, Liv has gained a strong interest in financial advice and is currently working towards her diploma in financial planning, with the hopes to one day become a financial adviser.

In her spare time, Liv leads a very active lifestyle and can be found at the gym most evenings or on a run, in the day. She also enjoys socialising with her friends and has recently purchased her first property so is enjoying renovating in her spare time.
