As our Operations Director, Nicola keeps the team in check and ensures the smooth running of our business. Her organisation skills provide the ideal grounding for her key areas of responsibility; client liaison and operations.

Nicola has more than ten years’ experience in operations and previously worked as a Film Production Manager in Cape Town. Nicola is currently studying part-time for a BSc (Psychology) and in her spare time she is a qualified massage therapist and has worked with the Oxford University Boat Club in previous Boat Races.
