Mike Warren joins Carrington Investments

Carrington Investments are delighted to announce the appointment of Mike Warren as Non-Executive Director, to take effect immediately. Mike will chair the quarterly investment committee meetings at Carrington and be involved in the continual development of our investment proposition to clients. He will oversee our new quarterly investment reporting information to clients.

Mike brings a wealth of investment and industry experience to the team and some independent corporate governance as well. He has been in the Investment industry for the past 30 years and has held senior positions at a number of well known financial institutions.

His key roles have been:

• Director at Baring Asset Management;
• Managing Director and Head of retail Deutsche Asset Management;
• Main Board Director HSBC Investments, and most recently
• Investment Director Thames River Capital

Having left Thames River, Mike will now concentrate on his Non-Executive Director duties as well as his interest in playing more golf, watching more cricket and managing his Sideways Wine Fund.
